UPDATE on Bobby Kemmer (Senior at Montgomery County High School)
Listen as Nacy Stone shares an update on Bobby Kemmer! Myself and my wife along with seven other seniors (Courtney Spencer, Brittany Nickell, Brandon Trent, Chad Townsend, Kyle Nickell, Tiffany Powell and Lindsey Rice) stopped by on our way back from Panama Beach and visited Bobby in Atlanta. I took him an airbrush t-shirt from Panama. He has a trake in and is hooked up to a ventilator. He also has a halo that is holding his neck straight. He can mouth words but he can't talk unless you can read his lips. His parents seem to think that he may get the halo removed this week. She said that they are working with him 2 or 3 hours a day with therapy. He seemed to have a smile in his eyes when we showed up to visit him. I told his brother Sam to keep me informed on his condition. If someone was ever in need of prayers I believe that Bobby is that person. So if you could please pass this along to everyone. Also I will be conducting a fundraiser toward the end of school to raise money to help with the medical expenses. I am going to pull out the big grill and corn hole boards and everyone's help will be appreciated!! Joe Mitchell I wanted to give everyone an update on Bobby Kemmer who was seriously injured in a dirt bike accident several weeks ago. I talked to his father this morning and he said Bobby is having some rough days. They put in a feeding tube yesterday and he is still on a ventilator. I got Bobby’s address in case anyone would like to send him a card. Bobby Kemmer Shepherd Center Room 312 2020 Peachtree Road, NW Atlanta, GA 30309-1465 Green Braclets are being sold for $5 currently that have "Bobby Kemmer 121" on them.
